I recently visited my State Farm office for assistance with a number of issues. Before I entered the front door Miss Tiffani Martin already had it open for me and was welcoming me inside. Our 20-30 minute interaction could not have gone any better. It didn't take me long to realize that Tiffani was a good listener and a problem-solver. She was courteous, a good communicator, and she showed me what great customer service was. Needless to say, all my problems were taken care of!!! Thanks again Tiffani.
